Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DSLabs website, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our services, you (“Purchaser,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Purchaser Responsibility Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or purchase any products.
Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 21 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited from receiving products under the laws of your jurisdiction. DSLabs reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Products & Research-Use-Only
All products are sold for laboratory research and analytical reference purposes only. Product descriptions, certificates of analysis, and technical information are provided as-is and may be updated without notice. Products are not drugs and have not been evaluated or approved for human or veterinary use.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. A mandatory processing fee applies to card transactions as disclosed at checkout. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination. Title and risk of loss pass to the Purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. DSLabs is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or incorrect shipping information provided by the Purchaser. International purchasers are solely responsible for any duties, taxes, or import restrictions. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or incorrect, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any processing fees. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and documentation, is the property of DSLabs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DSLabs DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSLabs’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or any product shall not exceed the amount paid by the Purchaser for the specific product giving rise to the claim. DSLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DSLabs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the site or products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
Modifications
DSLabs may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
